Do I need a laptop?

Yes, because this seminar features Excel based analysis, participants will need to bring a laptop computer with access to Microsoft Excel and a calculator.

Is there required pre-reading?

Yes. Prior to the program, participants will receive pre-reading materials via email. We strongly encourage you to review the suggested materials prior to the start of the program.

Are meals included?

Your registration includes continental breakfast and lunch both days.

Where should I stay? 

Lodging is not provided as part of this program; however on the Locations page of this site you will find a list of hotels convenient to the venue.

When does the program start? When does it end?

The program begins at 8:30 a.m. on the first day, with registration opening at 7:30 a.m. The program concludes on the second day at approximately 5:00 p.m.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are eligible for a full refund, less a $150 administrative fee, if received by November 10, 2010.

Cancellations received after that date but by November 24, 2010 will receive a conference credit in the amount of the registration fee, less a $150.00 administrative fee, to attend another SNL CFE program within 13 months. Cancellations received after November 24th are not eligible for a refund or future conference credit. Attendee substitutions from the same company are welcome at any time.
