Primary Instructor: Regina Tully

Ms. Tully has over 20 years of banking experience working with Financial Institutions both in Credit Risk and Relationship Management. She worked at JPMorgan Chase as Deputy Head of Financial Institution's Credit Risk Management in London and was responsible for 30 analysts. She oversaw and approved the Credit facilities for financial institutions in Europe. She then moved to Societe Generale where she was Managing Director and Head of Credit Risk Management and continued to work closely with financial institutions.

In 2000 she formed a training company, Durrus Corp LLC which provides in house training to Financial Institutions in the US and Europe. In 2008, she co-founded FourSight Advisors LLC, an advisory firm assisting clients in transition management and due diligence. The firm focuses on portfolio and risk management, credit and cash flow analysis training, investment strategies, loan assessment and restructuring, alternatives, sustainability strategies, political and sovereign risk analysis.

Guest Instructor: Wit Solberg

Wit Solberg is the Founder of Mission Peak Capital which advises more than 100 banks, insurance company, and pension funds on structured finance holdings, which include Residential Mortgage Backed Securities, and Collateralized Debt Obligation (CDO) and others. Wit was previously a Director with Deutsche Bank, AG (Hong Kong), developed the business plan, and served as the bank’s head of syndication and distribution for real estate debt in Asia. During this period Deutsche was among the largest foreign lenders of real estate in China and financed the first Hotel REIT in Asia. His group also funded priced and distributed debt transactions in Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and Korea. While the team was among the largest sellers of structured mortgage debt during the boom period, the bank, and the subsequent investors did not realize credit loss on their positions due to the structuring of the transactions.

Previously, he was a Senior Director and head of structured finance-Asia for Fitch Ratings, managing a team that provided credit ratings and surveillance for ABS, RMBS, CMBS, and CDO transactions (Hong Kong and Tokyo). His team was the selected advisor by the Chinese Government to perform the credit analysis on China's first securitization. Prior to moving to Asia, Wit was with Fitch’s CMBS group in New York, rating new issue transactions and authoring research on numerous types of structured finance products. He also worked for Midland Loan Services and PNC Bank in Kansas City, Mo./Washington, D.C., in both loan servicing and loan origination. Wit holds a BA in Economics from Washington University, St. Louis, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
