What is included in my registration fee?

Your registration includes all conference materials, plus continental breakfast, luncheon, refreshment breaks and cocktail reception.  

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations for this program are eligible for a full refund, less a $150.00 administrative fee, if received by October 7, 2010.  Cancellations received after that date, but by November 12th, receive a credit in the amount of the registration fee, less a $150.00 administrative fee, to attend another SNL CFE program within 13 months. Cancellations received after November 12th are not eligible for a refund or credit.  Attendee substitutions from the same company may be made at any time.
