REIT Valuation is an intensive, hands-on course program dedicated to the intricacies of valuing REITs in today's environment. Attendance is limited to 30 participants to ensure ample opportunity for personalized instruction. This course is a graduate-level specialization, building on the foundation established at SNL REIT School.
While valuing REITs has never been a straightforward process, the continuing uncertainty – and opportunities – in segments of the REIT market make it more critical than ever that you know how to accurately and precisely evaluate REITs as investments, transaction targets or to understand how others value your company.
This two-day program shows you how through a combination of lectures, case studies and hands-on exercises, including working with Excel-based models. Led by Chris Haley, a top-ranked 20-year veteran REIT equity analyst and long-time instructor at SNL REIT School, REIT Valuation is the premier course on valuing REITs in today’s volatile environment.
