PROGRAM MANAGER

The Program Manager develops, markets and delivers unique and substantive training programs and conferences to a diverse audience of investment bankers, investors, and other industry professionals in the financial services sector.

Specific duties include:

  • Research and evaluate concepts for new program offerings within existing and new industry sectors
  • Develop program content, using industry research, client feedback and SNL employees as resources
  • Create and manage program budgets
  • Design and draft marketing and sales plans, supporting their successful execution
  • Establish and maintain relationships with program instructors (Wall Street professionals and leading academics) and program participants
  • Identify target clients for program offerings
  • Provide on-site project management for seminars/conferences
  • Oversee all aspects of program logistics, including event planning, contract negotiation and production of necessary program materials
  • Serve as point of contact for client inquiries regarding program content, group discounts and other questions

The ideal candidate will have a background in the capital markets, financial analysis, investor relations and/or training. Organizational, analytical and relationship management skills are essential. A basic familiarity with financial analysis and/or understanding of the financial markets is required.
