Does this program have a 'Satisfaction Guarantee'?

Yes, it's straight and simple. We firmly believe in the content value of this program, and we will refund your registration fee in full if, 1) you rate this program a 1 or 2 (on a five point scale) on the evaluation form distributed at the conclusion of the program, 2) you provide specifics on the evaluation form as to the cause of your dissatisfaction, and 3) you agree to talk with us if we call to discuss how we can improve the program going forward.

What is the dress code?

With the exception of the Awards dinner on Thursday night, casual business attire is the order of the day. Jackets and ties are requested for the Awards dinner.

What time does the conference start? What time does it end?

If you are attending the pre-conference golf tournament we ask you arrive in plenty of time to make the noon start on Wednesday, May 2. Otherwise, registration with continental breakfast opens at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 3. The Conference program begin at 8:30 a.m. We anticipate wrapping up the program at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Friday, May 4.

What meals are included?

Your registration fee includes continental breakfasts and lunches and all refreshment breaks. Also included is the community bank awards banquet on Thursday night, as well cocktail receptions on both Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

Are accommodations included?

We have negotiated an excellent rate of $170/night for one-bedroom suites at the Saddlebrook. Suites feature a spacious bedroom with a living room, separate dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with serving bar. The master bedroom is appointed with two queen beds, a separate dressing area and marble bathroom. Each suite has a private patio or balcony with living room and bedroom access.

The accommodations are not included as part of your registration. To reserve your suite at the accommodation price, please call the resort directly at 813-907-4401 and mention the SNL Community Bankers Conference. The accommodation price is available for reservations made by April 1, or until the block fills, whichever comes first.

What is the golf program?

As a prelude to the program itself, attendees are invited to arrive early on Wednesday, May 2 to participate in the pre-conference golf tournament. The Saddlebrook's two golf courses were designed by golf legend Arnold Palmer, incorporating wilderness areas full of cypress, pines, palms, and wildlife with rolling fairways and well-maintained greens. A separate fee of $115/person payable at the time your arrive covers your cart and green fees. Naturally, clubs are available for rental at the resort.

Please indicate on the program registration your desire to play in the tournament in order to reserve your slot. The tournament begins at noon. At the conclusion of play that day, you are invited to attend a networking cocktail reception complete with golf awards.

What is the spouse program?

Spouses are invited to attend the evening cocktail receptions and the awards dinner. A separate registration fee of $225 is required.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations for the program are eligible for a full refund, less a $150.00 administrative fee, if received at least 15 business days prior to the start of the program. Cancellations received after that date, but at least 5 business days prior to the start of the program, receive a credit in the amount of the registration fee, less a $150.00 administrative fee, to attend another SNL CFE program within 13 months. Due to expenses and commitments, cancellations received fewer than 5 business days prior to the start of the program are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Attendee substitutions from the same company may be made at any time.

In the event of a cancellation from a group discount, refunds or credits are issued beginning with the most heavily discounted price, minus a $150.00 administration fee.

"No shows" - or those who cancel within 15 days of the program - and have registered under the Invoice option, remain liable for the full program fee.

SNL Center for Financial Education reserves the right to cancel/change programs, content, speakers or venue at any time. SNL CFE reserves the right to make portions of the program registration information available to program sponsors. SNL CFE will not be held liable for any costs incurred by registrant due to individual registration cancellation. In the event that a the program is cancelled due to inclement weather, faculty cancellation, or force majeure, CFE will refund the registrant's registration fee in full, however CFE will not be liable for incidental or consequential out of pocket expenses incurred by the registrant.
