Overview
CSAPR, MACT, BACT, CWIS…The EPA policies directly impacting the electric utility and natural gas sectors are complicated to understand and explain – even for veteran industry professionals. Now, more than ever, Congress, Wall Street, regulatory commissions, ratepayers and the media need clear facts and information on these federal policies.
Join SNL Financial and a panel of industry experts as we discuss the major EPA policies, where utilities are doing a good job communicating with these stakeholders and where they need improvement – and how those who are charged with explaining these complex policies can do it effectively.
