Where should I stay?
Accomodations are available at the Marriott Metro Center at a special rate of $199 per night plus tax. To reserve a room at this rate, please call the hotel directly at (202) 737-2200 and mention the SNL Essentials of Utility Finance program. The discounted rate offer is good through July 1 , 2009 or until the block fills, whichever comes first.

What is the dress code?
Business casual

Where should I fly into?
The Marriott is most easily reached from Reagan National Airport (4.0 miles). Dulles airport also serves the Washington DC area and is approximately 25 miles from the venue.

What time does the conference start? What time does it end?
The first session on Thursday begins at 9:00 am, registration and continential breakfast opening at 8:30 am. The last session on Friday ends at approximately 4:00 pm.

Do I need a laptop? A calculator?
Yes, because this program features hands-on Excel modeling, you should bring a laptop loaded with Excel. We will have a limited number of laptops available at an additional charge should a participant not be able to bring one. Please contact us in advance of the program if you will need a loaner laptop. A calculator may be helpful, but it is not mandatory.

Are meals included?
Your registration fee includes continental breakfast and lunch both days of the program.
