Is there a special room rate for the conference?

SNL EXNET has reserved a block of rooms at the Ritz Carlton Pentagon City, which is located at 1250 South Hayes Street. The rooms are reserved for the night of March 17th at a rate of $309 per night + tax. 

Please call by February 9th to reserve rooms at this discounted rate and mention “EXNET FERC” when making the reservation.

What time does the conference start? What time does it end?

Registration opens at 8:00 am, during which there will be a continental breakfast. The program will begin at 8:45 am.

The program will conclude at 5:00 pm, followed by a cocktail reception hosted by Bruder, Gentile & Marcoux, L.L.P.

Where should I fly into?
The Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City is five minutes from Ronald Reagan National Airport and approximately 30 minutes from Dulles International Airport.

Are meals included?

Your registration fee includes continental breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks, as well as the evening reception.

What is the cancellation policy?

Registrations for this program are eligible for a full refund, less a $150.00 administrative fee, provided that the cancellation is received by  5:00 p.m. on February 12, 2009. Cancellations received after that date, but at least 3 business days prior to start of the program will receive a conference credit in the amount of the registration fee, less a $150.00 administrative fee, to attend another SNL CFE program within 13 months. Cancellations received less than three business days prior to the start of the program are not eligible for a refund or future conference credit. Attendee substitutions from the same company are welcome at any time.
