The special conference rate for rooms at the Ritz-Carlton Battery Park is $349 + tax, per night. This accommodation rate is available until Monday, January 5, 2010 unless the block fills sooner. What time does the conference start? What time does it end?

The first session on Monday begins at 9:00 a.m. with registration open at
8:00 a.m.  The last session on Tuesday ends at approximately 2:00 p.m.

Are meals included?

Your registration fee includes continental breakfast and lunch for both days of the program.  Also included is the reception on Monday evening.

What is the cancellation policy?

Conference registrations for this seminar are eligible for a full refund, less a $150.00 administrative fee,if received by Tuesday, January 5, 2010. ancellations received after that date, but before Tuesday, January 19 will receive credit in the amount of the registration fee less a $150 administrative fee to attend another CFE program within 13 months. Cancellations received after January 19 are not eligible for a refund or credit; however attendee substitutions from the same company are welcome at any time.
