Randy has been a Regulatory Accountant in the Annual Statement software industry since 1997. His expertise is in the development
of NAIC filing processes and NAIC regulatory compliance and testing. Areas of responsibility with Eagle™ include formula and
validation development, regulatory filing compliance, and integration of the NAIC RBC, Quarterly, and Annual Statement revisions
into Eagle software programs.
Wayne Dalton (moderator)
Senior Industry Analyst, SNL Financial
Wayne has been working with statutory data for over eight years, and has been with SNL for two years. Prior to joining SNL, he worked in Corporate Planning at Northwestern Mutual, where one of his major duties was coordinating an annual deep-dive financial and qualitative review of major competitors. Wayne earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and he is regularly sought out for his expertise on the life insurance industry and how to best utilize the SNL product platform.
