REIT School: Analyst Training in Real Estate Securities provides a comprehensive introduction to the sector through lectures, group discussions and case studies led by an accomplished faculty of
industry practitioners and academics.

• The fundamental earnings metrics and valuation multiples used in the analysis of REIT financial statements
• REIT credit analysis

• Methods of evaluating acquisitions and dispositions at the property and corporate levels
• Global real estate investing trends and issues
• M&A and enterprise valuation
