SNL CENTER FOR FINANCIAL EDUCATION (“CFE”)
SNL Center for Financial Education provides unique and substantive financial education programs and products to professionals in the financial services industry. CFE is an affiliate of SNL Financial, the leading information and research company, focusing on the banking, thrift, real estate, insurance, telecommunications, specialized financial services and energy industries.
CFE provides live offline multi-day training programs, as well as multimedia presentations that can be accessed via the internet (“E-learning Content”). This Site provides information about CFE, allows users to research and register for its public and custom training programs, and allows users to purchase and view E-learning Content.
E-LEARNING CONTENT PROVIDERS
CFE may use third-party technology service partners (such as hosting and video streaming services) to deliver online training content. Please see CFE’s Privacy Policy for more details on how our service providers may use your personal information.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
By using the Site, you warrant to CFE that you will not use the Site or any of the content on the Site, for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms or by any applicable law. If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the Site automatically terminates.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the Site is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia applicable to contracts made and performed wholly within that State. By using this Site and service, you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within the county of Albemarle, Virginia with respect to any dispute arising under the Terms.
